If you tend to use particular fittings, bits, or blades with a tool, make a custom case with foam cutouts that holds what you use the most.
It'll be easy to see if something is missing, and you'll waste less time looking through things you don't use as much.
If you mostly use a 1" and 1 1/2" hole saw with your drill, mount them on the arbors and pack them in your drill case.
If you mostly use 1/2" and 3/4" ProPress jaws, pack only those in your ProPress toolbox. Leave the other jaws on the truck.
