If you hook your work truck up to grid power, you probably run an extension cord through a door into the truck.
If you don't want a cord in the truck and you want a slightly cleaner setup, buy an inexpensive 120V RV shore power socket.
If you buy a male socket, you can use it with any extension cord.
You'll have to make a somewhat large hole in your truck with a holesaw, so consider the best place for it!
