There are not a lot of work truck setups that use magnetic tool strips.
But they are an easy way to mount bits, hand tools, power tool wrenches, and other steel bits and pieces in easily accessible locations.
If one magnet strip won't hold your larger tools, use two magnet strips.
You could:
- Mount frequently used drill and driver bits on your door.
- Mount frequently used tool-specific parts in a tool cubby.
- Incorporate it into a "job wall", a short section of wall that has all the tools and consumables for doing a certain job, like soldering.
