ORGANIZATION
Roddy is a new HVAC tech!! He's only 21 years old and went to HVAC school for a year and a half. He started a Youtube channel because there aren't many newbie HVAC channels on Youtube and he wanted to show what it was like to be learning on the job.
He's been on the job for about 7 months and thinks it's pretty awesome that his company gave him a new truck. Since he's new, he's still figuring out his truck's setup. It's a pretty small for a service van - only a Ford Transit Connect!
The Ford is upfitted with commercial steel shelving. There are some bins and a tank rack.
Roddy shows both the empty van, then the van filled with tools and supplies.

Packed!!
It's worth mentioning that Roddy's had his packed van for only a week, so he'll definitely be doing more work to make it easy to use.
The van is absolutely packed! When Roddy opens the passenger side cargo door, PVC fittings spill out.
The driver side isn't as uncooperative, and he's got a good start with labeling some of his bins. He likes the side access to the shelves from the cargo door opening because it keeps him from climbing into the truck.
The rear cargo area is so packed with filters and a shop vac that Roddy essentially can't climb in the van. He's organized the filters so that the ones he needs most are close at hand.
He says he's really appreciative that he got a new truck, and so far he doesn't mind the small size.
