Chuck is the owner of Barron Plumbing and Heating in Atlantic City, NJ. He puts up a ton of helpful and informative plumbing videos on Youtube that'll help you out whether you're a plumber or a homeowner.
Chuck's video will show you the evolution of his van from empty Ford Transit, to how it was commercially upfit, to finally loading it up with tools and supplies.
The truck isn't quite finished yet:
He still has plans for a ladder rack, more bins, and an internal pipe rack.

Commercial Upfit
He's had a few trucks in his day, so here are some of the things that he, as an experienced plumber, decided to go for in the upfit:
- Hard rubber floor
- Aluminum solid bulkhead
- Aluminum shelves on the driver side, fitted with plastic bins
- Flip-up shelves on the passenger side
- Interior panel kit (sheetmetal protection)
Ranger Design Setup
Organization in the van is easily handled by the Ranger Design system. The bins and shelves are very resizable and easily accommodate the very numerous fittings and parts that Chuck needs to stock.
Chuck has several Milwaukee Packouts, he sticks these on the fold-down shelving, but he's still looking for a way to keep the Packouts from sliding.
The fold-up shelving isn't something we see on a lot of work truck setups. Chuck likes it because he can remove the Packouts, fold the shelves up, and have that much more space to haul large items.
